As our clothing is designed and made by various designers and labels, we try our best to show the true fit of clothing on our models and also include their sizing in the product description. Actual colours of the clothes are shown to the best of our ability. Colours may show slightly different dependant on individual monitor settings and/or smartphone device lighting/brightness settings.


Please read the fit description in the product details. We will note if there are any sizing differences in the product description. If you need specific measurements for a garment to assist with sizing selection, please reach out to hello@outwithaudrey.com.au.

FREE SHIPPING!
on orders of $99 or more for all Australian and New Zealand purchases. Free shipping is on the original purchase only, shipping costs for all returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer.

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is FREE for purchases $99.00 and over. Any purchases under $99.00 incur a flat shipping rate of $10.00. We use STANDARD Australia Post Service which can take 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia, and up to 10 business days to NZ.

If you have not received your purchase after 10 working days and your order is not a pre-order item, please contact us at info@outwithaudrey.com.au so we can track your order.

Customers do have the option of upgrading their order to Express Shipping (domestically) for an additional value of $10.00. 

Please note all orders must be signed for and are a 'signature on delivery'. If you would like your order to be left in a safe place, you will need to mark this in your order notes, however we don't recommend it, as if the order is lost or stolen, we, or Australia Post, cannot be held responsible.

DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost of $10.00. We use Australia Post Express. This service can take 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location within the Australia Post Express Post network. 

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Shipping to New Zealand is free for orders over $99. All orders under this value incur a $15 postage fee.

Standard shipping to New Zealand can take between 3-10 business days depending on your location. If your order has been in transit more than 10 business days, please email info@outwithaudrey.com.au so we can track and trace your order.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We process orders within 1-2 business days of making your purchase. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although orders are only packed and posted on weekdays from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Western Australia.

We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.

PRE-ORDERS

All items on Pre-order are given an estimated delivery to us. All estimated shipment dates are an estimates only and may arrive sooner or later than this date depending on a variety of factors that our out of our control. By purchasing an item on pre-order, you are agreeing to the pre-order terms and conditions and agreeing to accepting any unforeseen delays, should they arise.

When purchasing multiple items with a 'pre-order' item, your entire order will be shipped when the 'pre-order' item becomes available. If you wish to separate the order and receive the available item before the pre-order item becomes available, you need to purchase these items separately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (excluding New Zealand)

The cost for International shipping depends on the weight of the order:-

Orders under $200.00 incur AUD $25.00 and

FREE for orders over $200.00 

We use Australia Post Pack and Track for all International orders, which can take 7-14 business days for delivery. We do photograph all international deliveries prior to dispatch as proof of post and provide a tracking number for you to track it's progress. All deliveries need to be signed for. If you would like to upgrade your International postage service to Express Post, this can be arranged at an extra charge by emailing info@outwithaudrey.com.au.

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges which are charged at arrival to your country (Out with Audrey has no control over import charges).

You will be emailed notifying of dispatch of your order and provided with a tracking number. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control, which may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or high volume/ peak season.

Out with Audrey will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We record all proof of postage.

 



If you aren’t 100% in love with your OWA purchase, our Return Policy is easy peasy lemon squeezy! Simply click the OWA RETURN PORTAL link below to access our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been approved & booked using our returns portal. 





OWA RETURN PORTAL

 To be eligible for a return the items must:

  • Be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. 
  • Be received within 14 days of receipt of purchase (arrival of purchase). We do not accept returns outside of this timeframe.
  • For hygienic reasons, jewellery, including earrings, hair clips, head-ware and necklaces, cannot be returned.
  • Be a full priced item. Returns for SALE items aren't accepted, sorry!
  • The return must be processed through our return's portal. 

Please do not send items if you have not submitted a return request via our portal first and the above conditions are not met. The return will be rejected, and the customer will be charged a re-shipping fee to have the product returned. All returns are subject to approval.

Change of mind/Unsuitability

  • If you have simply changed your mind, the item is unsuitable or incorrect sizing purchased, we offer a return for a store credit only. We cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock, therefore you will always be issued with a store credit to use to re-purchase a different size or style.
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months from time of issue.
  • You do not need to use your Out with Audrey store credit in one transaction. If you do not use the total amount, your credit balance will update and you can use the remaining balance at a later date.
  • Those items that were not eligible for our free shipping discount i.e below $99, will be issued a store credit for the cost of the garment.
  • For those purchases that were over $99.00 and eligible for free shipping, the store credit will be issued minus the cost of AUD $10.00 to cover our costs of re-shipping the replacement item to you. Free shipping is only eligible on the original purchase.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. If the product is deemed faulty, we can happily replace the garment/product or offer a full refund via your payment method.

Faults include, but are not limited to: 

  • Broken or skipped (missing) stitching.
  • Garment dimensions measure out of tolerance.
  • Broken or faulty zip.
  • Uneven hemline.
  • Holes in fabric.

Untrimmed threads are not considered a fault with the garment and can be easily trimmed back with scissors.

In the case of a faulty item, we will replace the garment and cover the costs of return postage. If there is no inventory to replace the garment, we will refund you the cost of the item via your payment method only, and return postage costs in full. If an item is faulty, it must be reported to Out with Audrey immediately and returned within 7 days of fault to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

You can email us at info@outwithaudrey.com.au if you believe your garment has a fault.

How long will my return take?

Returns are generally processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Your Out with Audrey Store Credit is issued via email. If your store credit is not showing in your inbox within 5 business days from us receiving your return, please check your spam/junk mail folder or email us at info@outwithaudrey.com.au.

PLEASE NOTE: If our returns policy is ignored and the return item/s are not eligible for return, we reserve the right to return to product/s to the customer at their expense. By placing an order with Out with Audrey you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.
