on orders of $120 or more for all Australian and New Zealand purchases. Free shipping is on the original purchase only, shipping costs for all returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer.

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is FREE for purchases $120.00 and over. Any purchases under $120.00 incur a flat shipping rate of $10.00. We use STANDARD Australia Post Service which can take 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia, and up to 10 business days to NZ.

If you have not received your purchase after 10 working days and your order is not a pre-order item, please contact us at info@outwithaudrey.com.au so we can track your order.

Customers do have the option of upgrading their order to Express Shipping (domestically) for an additional value of $10.00. 

Please note all orders must be signed for and are a 'signature on delivery'. If you would like your order to be left in a safe place, you will need to mark this in your order notes, however we don't recommend it, as if the order is lost or stolen, we, or Australia Post, cannot be held responsible.

DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost of $10.00. We use Australia Post Express. This service can take 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location within the Australia Post Express Post network. 

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Shipping to New Zealand is free for orders over $120. All orders under this value incur a $15 postage fee.

Standard shipping to New Zealand can take between 3-10 business days depending on your location. If your order has been in transit more than 10 business days, please email info@outwithaudrey.com.au so we can track and trace your order.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We process orders within 1-2 business days of making your purchase. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, although orders are only packed and posted on weekdays from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Western Australia.

We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.

PRE-ORDERS

All items on Pre-order are given an estimated delivery to us. All estimated shipment dates are an estimates only and may arrive sooner or later than this date depending on a variety of factors that our out of our control. By purchasing an item on pre-order, you are agreeing to the pre-order terms and conditions and agreeing to accepting any unforeseen delays, should they arise.

When purchasing multiple items with a 'pre-order' item, your entire order will be shipped when the 'pre-order' item becomes available. If you wish to separate the order and receive the available item before the pre-order item becomes available, you need to purchase these items separately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (excluding New Zealand)

The cost for International shipping depends on the weight of the order:-

Orders under $200.00 incur AUD $25.00 and

FREE for orders over $200.00 

We use Australia Post Pack and Track for all International orders, which can take 7-14 business days for delivery. We do photograph all international deliveries prior to dispatch as proof of post and provide a tracking number for you to track it's progress. All deliveries need to be signed for. If you would like to upgrade your International postage service to Express Post, this can be arranged at an extra charge by emailing info@outwithaudrey.com.au.

The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges which are charged at arrival to your country (Out with Audrey has no control over import charges).

You will be emailed notifying of dispatch of your order and provided with a tracking number. Delivery time excludes customs clearance delays for your country.

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control, which may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or high volume/ peak season.

Out with Audrey will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We record all proof of postage.

 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer the following return options:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Items returned within 7 days of delivery, you can choose a refund or store credit.

14-Day Store Credit: Items returned between 8 and 14 days of delivery in original condition, will receive a store credit (gift card) for the purchase price.

No Returns: No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

Exceptions: Final sale items, jewellery and any custom orders, cannot be returned. We do not refund shipping costs.

We recommend that you try any purchased products as soon as you receive them to ensure that any returns can be processed within requisite timeframes.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

  • The item is unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached
  • The item has the returns ribbons still secured (only applicable on selected styles)
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan, perfumes or deodorant)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Bodysuits, Swimwear and Undergarments). 
  • Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Must be processed via our Returns Portal.

Any returns that fail to comply with the above will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please note, that returns are for an available store credit or refund. Direct exchanges are not possible at this stage.

INITIATE YOUR RETURN

All returns need to be initiated via our returns portal on this page. Click the above link. All returns are subject to approval. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

A return label will be generated for the item(s) being sent back for a refund at a flat rate of $12.95. This amount will be deducted from the total refund or credit amount. We do not provide return shipping labels for orders outside of Australia.

PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN

Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive your parcel. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed. 

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method of the order.

Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a store credit.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item you have purchased is faulty, you can still lodge it via our returns portal. Please provide an images of the fault so we can assess the fault and assist you further. We will get in touch to discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange, gift card or refund.

RETURN TO SENDER

If we receive a parcel marked “Return to Sender” (RTS) due to an incorrect address that you have provided or failure to collect it from the post office, an RTS fee will apply: 

  • AUD $15 for Australian orders
  • AUD $25 for International orders

A redelivery fee of $10 (Australia) or $25 (International) will also apply if you wish to have the parcel sent again.

If the order hasn't been claimed with no RTS or re-shipping fees paid within three month , the order will be considered forfeited.
